GURGAON, INDIA NOVEMBER 5: Due to weather changes the city came under a thick blanket of smog on November 5, 2013 in Gurgaon, India. The Met Office has forecast a cloudy day. The city experienced similar weather on Monday and the maximum temperature was recorded two notches below the season’s average at 28.3 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was 12.6 degrees Celsius- three notches below the season’s average.
